Refund policy

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order and your shopping experience with Modleta. If, however, you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from receiving your item(s) to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only. All items must be unworn with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
