Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order and your shopping experience with Modleta. If, however, you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from receiving your item(s) to request a return or exchange. Once you have requested a return or exchange, you have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only. All items must be unworn with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

Please contact support@modleta.com to request a return or exchange with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world! Orders typically ship within 24 hours once restocked and typically on Monday’s. More information for the estimated ship date for each product will be in the description under the product page.
